My name is Josh, and I was born in 1994. My wonderful girlfriend is the most important person in my life, despite the fact that we have a slightly long distance relationship. Hey guys, I've been in a really strange and dark state of mind recently. It's very hard to describe. It's like loneliness, except you actually want to be alone. It's very confusing, and it feels like so much more than that, but that's the simplest and easiest way to describe it. I have a poem I started on yesterday about it. I'm in the process of organizing it now, expect it soon. This will be one of my most raw and personal poems yet.

Lack of Activity...

Sorry for the lack of activity guys, I haven't been writing much lately. :/ Well, actually I have been writing, but only short little phrases at a time, not really organized into a singular poem, and I'm writing it more to be used as lyrics for melodic hardcore or maybe pop punk. I'm hoping to start a band to use those lyrics in the future. They mostly deal with subject matter like one of the last poems I uploaded, Rearview since I'm a stupid little emo kid who can't let go of the past and can't stand time moving farther away from everything I've grown to love. I have been working on the occasional poem now and again also, but I can't see

So I just got back from the cruise today, and I'm really tired. I had a great time sitting on the deck enjoying the ocean and the on board shows. I sort of developed a mini crush on this beautiful Polish pianist who performed a few times over the course of the trip Lol I also made sure to pick up some delicious rum cake and have a couple beers over in Nassau(I'm legal there :D).
One thing that sucked about this trip is that my inspiration seemed really low for poems :/ I pride myself on my ocean poems that I wrote on my first cruise last year; those are probably my favorite uploaded works. But something felt different about this one. I
